Vizelia won a project for ADEME. The project includes implementation and hosting of a software ASP (Application Service Provider) to collect, manage and publish the thermal generation in the heat fund renewable:

Crédit Agricole Immobilier selects Vizelia Green platform to drive the energy consumption of EvergGreen site. This site is environmentally responsible (energy efficient buildings, 4 acres of green space ...), it is part of the Crédit Agricole Group's approach towards sustainable development. Within this campus located just outside Paris, 50% of the area be reserved for landscaped gardens. The goal is to offer employees a high quality of life and improved working conditions.

Opteor Energy, a subsidiary of Vinci Energies, chooses Vizelia Green to offer more transparency to its customers and to best comply with its contractual commitments. Green Vizelia thus integrates all the calculations necessary to operate an Energy Performance Contract. This is the first implementation of the new version Vizelia Green.

Montpellier Hosptal manage its building thanks to Vizelia platform.
The objective of the solution is to "optimise operations and maintenance."
The Hospital use Vizelia solution as a centralised platform to manage its CAD integration, space assignement and assets location.


Vizelia Green platform solution will be installed at the "Energy Pavilion" to monitor all water expenses, gas and electricity.
This building was designed to be a technological showcase, in bioclimatic eco-construction and renewable energy. This installation should be completed by summer 2010.


After the announcement of the completion of its first international projects (Spain, Italy and South Korea), Vizelia has won two new contracts. Back this time in France, since it is the University of St Etienne and the Conseil Général de la Sarthe that have decided to implement VIZELIA Green web platform to manage their energy consumption.

SIMI (Paris) - SIMI price 2009, sponsored by Generali Immobilier France from the beginning, reward office buildings and logistics which will become the property of reference throughout 2010.
Awarded by a jury composed exclusively of property managers of large French companies, the Grands Prix awarded for office buildings and logistics, made in France and delivered between December 3, 2008 and December 2, 2009.
The Grand Prix 2009 Category SIMI New Building was awarded to The Mermoz presented by CBRE Investors, Le Bourget (93).
This building is installed with Vizelia solution to monitor real-time energy consumption and provide a portal for tracking tenant requests.



VIZELIA will demonstrate its Green solution during the conference "From Green IT to Green Design" held in the "Echangeur" (Paris) 29 september 2PM.

Credit Agricole SA selects Vizelia Green solution to control the energy consumption of its buildings. Consumption of water, gas and electricity will be monitored through the Vizelia Green web platform.


VIZELIA is named in the newspaper Challenges as a leading "green IT" solution which enable to leverage new technologies for sustainable development.


Vizelia solution will monitor the energy consumption of Mermoz building near Le Bourget.
The Mermoz, (CBRE Investors project), meets the most recent environmental criteria for control of operating costs. It ihas received to certification label HQE (High Environmental Quality) and BREEAM label.
The solution Vizelia will monitor real-time energy consumption and provide an internet portal for each tenant to follow-up their service request and follow-up their energy consumption.

Vizelia wins 2nd prize for innovation in the international IPv6 Forum.
